Pandarian Cooking
There are cooking quests in Halfhill, Valley of the Four Winds. There you will find the Ironpaw family. Each family member has a different type of cooking that you can learn by doing their quest. Each specialization is for a stat: stamina, intellect, spirit, agility & strength. Each specialization will also have its own section so the recipes are easier to find. NOTE: Even if you do not plan on lvling cooking, keep the mats that you find while killing things! (it will say "cooking ingredient" on it) I bet they will make you a lot of money and perhaps a friend or guildie would appreciate them in exchange for the food that you need for your class. ^.^
Mats to keep and eye out for - These can also be bought from Nam Ironpaw in Halfhill with Ironpaw Tokens. Doing the Tiller's quest will open up plots on your farm. You can grow the mats you need since farming off from NPC's is a very inefficient way to get them. NOTE: Anything I have put that says "drops from Hozen" this is for Allience. If you are Horde, they will drop from Jinyu.

Feasts
Feasts now take a crazy amount of mats. The Grand Feasts take 1000 year Soy Sauce which costs a daily token. If you are often in a raid group you may want to donate some cooking mats to your feast provider to keep them happy. :) Luckily when you cook a feast it will make 5 and they are not BoP.
Vegetables
Many vegetables are also farmable with the Tilers quests. :) Which is good b/c some things take 100 of a vegetable to make. o_O
Daily Quest
Nam Iron Paw is the quest giver for Refilling the Pantry. For this quest you will have to create and bring back to him a bundle of groceries. To create a bundle of groceries, you will have to go to Merchant Ku and purchase a grocery container. (he is also at Halfhill) You will use that container to make the bundle of groceries. There is a container for each of the new Pandarin cooking ingredients. Depending on which you buy it will take 20 or 100 of that ingredient. If you mouse over each container it will tell you how many you need of that ingredient. It looks to me that the vegetables take 100 while the meats take 20.
